Our firm started in 1926, by the family of John Cashmore, the Borough President, serving many firms in downtown NYC; in 1976, the firm was purchased by Anne S. Larko and was qualified as a WBE firm.
We have had the pleasure of working with large pharmaceutical firms, utility companies, large law firms, Dormitory Authority of NY State, Port Authority of NY & NJ, schools, colleges and universities, NYC and NYS installations, churches and synagogues, domestic and foreign banks, hospital and nursing homes, Carnegie Hall and many other large, as well as, small firms.

We will oversee and manage project installations, large or small.
We will measure your spaces, work up floor plans, recommend appropriate furnishings, work up color schemes with photo and fabric swatches.
We can layout your computer and trading stations to fit whatever budget level you require.
We design doctors' offices, lawyers' offices, cafeterias (tables, chairs and even banquets), law libraries and study carrels, locker rooms, panel systems, reception desks and seating, shelving, as well as window, wall and floor treatments. Also, reupholstery, refinishing and painting of metal files and cabinets.
Our design and layouts are "NO CHARGE" to you; we will also work with your architect/designers to give you the best pricing and delivery-regular or overtime, with non-union or union labor as required.
